PRODUCTION CREW

FUNCTION

The Production Crew is the backbone of the operation. They are also the eyes and ears of the company on-site. Their commitment and attention to the details of the events are critical to our continued success.

MAIN DUTIES

Be the eyes and ears of the company and respond to problems quickly

Assist with vendor load-in and load-out

Set-up, breakdown, and maintain a properly functioning event

Follow the run of show and keep to the operational plan

Attain knowledge of vendors and the Company and answer basic questions 

Handle, organize, and sell merch

Happily address a problem to solve it or pass it on to managers

Crowd maintenance, making sure there is a proper flow inside the event footprint

Know market rules for vendors and help maintain compliance

Assist in keeping the site clean and organized

Work with the Manager to give breaks to other employees

ABILITIES

Be committed to team success, above all

Energetic and alert

Willingness to do whatever necessary to keep an event running smoothly

Friendly, generous working style

Confidence and assertiveness when addressing crowds of people

Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours

Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Alert and aware of safety and security issues
